Where do you ship?

Fine Art Prints - Paper (Frameless): International shipping available.

Original Paintings and Wall-Mounted Art: Shipping is currently offered exclusively within Canada and the United States at the moment.

Please note: For Original artwork, shipping costs may vary significantly based on size, insurance, and special handling. Kindly contact us via live chat (bottom right corner) for a bespoke shipping quote prior to purchase.

How much is shipping?

Canada & United States: Complimentary standard shipping (excluding Original Paintings).

International Orders: Subject to a flat shipping rate of 20 CAD.

For Original Paintings, special requests, or express shipping. Please reach out via live chat (bottom right corner) prior to completing your purchase. Additional fees may apply.

How long does it take to ship?

Productions: Fine Art Prints & Wall-Mounted Art are crafted on demand. Please allow up to 5 business days for production.

  • Transit Times
    Standard Shipping Canada & US: 5 to 10 business days.
    Standard Shipping International: 6 to 12 days.

    Express production or delivery inquiries are welcomed through our live chat service and email.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you require a change to your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your. Once production or dispatch has commenced, address modifications may no longer be possible.

Returns

Are returns accepted?

All sales are considered final.

Due to the made-to-order nature of each piece, refunds and returns are not offered.

We sincerely thank you for supporting independent artistry.

Can I modify my order after purchase?

No cancellations or modifications.
Orders are submitted for production immediately to uphold the highest standards of quality and timely delivery.

Kindly review your selections thoroughly before finalizing your purchases.

What happens if my artwork arrive damaged or incorrect?

We are committed to ensuring your artwork arrives safely.

Should your print be damaged during transit, we will gladly arrange a replacement.
We ask that you provide images or a brief video to assist with the insurance process. Any error originating on our part will be corrected with priority and care.

Payments

Are taxes and duties included in international shipping?

Ella Gallardo's Fine Art is not responsible for any taxes, customs fees, import duties, brokerage charges, or any additional fees issued by your local government.
These remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Which currencies does your store offer?

We proudly offer a wide selection of international currencies.

Artwork

Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?

Only Original Works and Limited Editions are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Fine Art Prints & Wall-Mounted Art are not issued certificates in order to preserve the exclusivity of our Limited and Original Collections.

Are prints hand-signed?

Fine Art Prints and Wall-Mounted Art are not signed by hand; the artist’s signature is integrated into the artwork as part of the print.

Hand-signed authentication remains reserved exclusively for Original Works and Limited Editions.
The original signature is reproduced as part of the print.
